The podcast reaches a third of a century, but as ever Cliff and I don’t let this mature age deviate us from our juvenile ways. So much so that this week includes tales of adolescent groping in the cinema, buying a Batman costume, and why the term ‘knob jockey’ is a long way from being anti-gay.

Dodgy popcorn, Batman and geriatric break dancing. What more could anyone ask for.
re Coma: Not high brow. Not even a little bit. It was a creepy Michael Crichton-based movie. I can’t remember who starred in it and I’m too lazy to look it up. I do remember that the plot involved organ-farming. The lasting image was dozens of supine naked bodies in a giant searingly white chiller fridge, hung in midair by hooks and wires. Aside from the tug of the hooks embedded in their flesh, there wasn’t a mark on them, because, they were in induced COMAs.
Romantic, huh?
It was the only movie house in town and it only had one screen.

surely the ‘bikes’ in the original graphic novel didn’t have tyres, they flew/hovered?

Positively lofty. I can see my house from here. Then again, I live round the corner.

We stopped mentioning the figures because we figured people might not realise we were taking the piss out of ourselves.
It’s all good though, last month was a record month for total downloads, so people obviously don’t hate us yet.
