Clarissa – it is to do with his Uni haircut, which resembled the ‘pad’ GH mentioned… it has absolutely nothing to do with him being ‘brilliant’ at anything.

Excellent post Mr. A. I’m guessing that indignant is where you get to after a really cool and relaxing day, rather than you more usual Angry state?

Why didn’t you teach Brillo using the more usual pain method? i.e. slap him a little and say “this is indignant”, punch him in the face and say “that’s angry”, then whip out a baseball bat and say in your best Rolf Harris voice “can you guess what this is then?”
