Apparently it is our fault.
By our fault I mean of course, men. Or rather one in particular, as every headline I have read this week told me there was a “Man Responsible For Global Warming”. I am glad that they did not name him though, as you can see what happens with rape cases and the like where someone’s life is ruined due to a false accusation.
Imagine being held solely responsible for the painful demise of our planet and the eventual death of all human life upon it, and then it turns out that we got the wrong man after all. I am not sure even Max Clifford could help you recover from that.
It seems that this mans greenhouse gases have now reached such a level, that even a drop in output today will not prevent a temperature rise globally, such has been the levels in the last 50 years or so. So we are fucked basically. Somewhat conversely, I have read that Global Warming could cause an all new Ice Age, which not only begs the question why isn’t it called Global Cooling? but also, who was responsible for the last ice age?
I can’t be certain but I am pretty sure that dinosaurs didn’t use greenhouses, not even the herbivore ones, so who created all the gases to bring on the last ice age? And have we learned nothing from history and science? You could barely pick up a weekly newspaper in the last 10 years without some mention of the danger of greenhouse gases, yet at B&Q last week I was utterly dismayed to see that they are STILL FUCKING SELLING THEM!!
Why no-one has picked up on this I do not know. They are killing children, well, our children’s children probably, but it is still child murder in my eyes. Yet no-one is protesting about their incessant promotion of the glass houses of death.
It is up to us to take a stand. I implore each and every reader, young or old, man or woman, to do your duty. If any of you see a greenhouse, anywhere, at any time, you should immediately break every pane of glass by whatever means is available to you.
Your planet needs you, do not forget that.
