I was brought up to treat others as I would like them to treat me. This is why I have stopped screaming at people in the street in recent times.

If you try, then it’s really not that difficult to behave as others would expect, particularly if they are extending you the courtesy of treating you as you’d like. A proper reciprocal arrangement in which both parties benefit. This is a good thing.

So why, when we’re constantly advised to be extra careful with them, do motorcyclists insist on riding like complete cunts?

You can barely switch on the TV nowadays without an advert warning you to check twice for motorbikes, or asking you to treat them like a small car and give them plenty of room. Surely this money would be better spent telling the bike riders to stop driving like they’re in the Wacky fucking Races? (more…)
