Not exactly topical anymore, but I’ve been reading this weekend about Dick Cheney shooting his mate Harry Whittington (no relation to Dick). Although he’s now out of hospital, it raised a couple of questions.

• Just how bad is Dick Cheneys eyesight for mistaking a lawyer for a quail?
• At what point do you become powerful enough that the person you shoot has to apologise to you for the inconvenience it’s caused you?

In all seriousness though, I understand the shooting occured as Dick Cheney has to shed the blood of an innocent every 3 years in order to keep to the terms of his deal with the Devil. So don’t go hunting with him in February 2009 whatever you do.
